Consultations and fees
Three ways to start, and no packages. You book one consultation at a time and decide as you go whether to keep going.

The long one. We go right back through your history so the plan is built on your actual picture, not a guess.

Discovery call
Free15 minutes, by phone
For working out whether I am the right person to help, before you spend anything. I call you at the time you book.
- A short conversation about what is going on
- What naturopathic treatment could realistically look like for you
- Any questions about how I work
- No health advice, treatment or prescribing happens on this call
Herbal medicine, practitioner-only supplements and any testing are charged separately from the consultation. I will tell you what something costs before prescribing it. Time beyond the booked consultation is $15 per additional 10 minutes.
Where we meet
Same consultation, four settings.
In the clinic, Castle Hill
The best option if you can get here. It is the only setting where I can do the full physical assessment — iridology, tongue and nails, blood pressure, zinc tally.
Video call
Zoom or whatever you already use. Nearly everything works remotely except the hands-on parts of the assessment.
Phone
For interstate, overseas, or when you simply cannot get to a screen.
Home visit
Across the Hills District and surrounding suburbs, with a call-out fee depending on distance. Useful if getting out is genuinely difficult.
The clinic is in Castle Hill, which suits most of the Hills District — Baulkham Hills, Dural, Pennant Hills, Cherrybrook, Beecroft and the surrounding suburbs.
Distance is not a barrier otherwise. Phone and video consultations work for people anywhere in Australia, and a good share of my patients have never been to the clinic. Whichever you choose, the consultation runs the same length and covers the same ground.
Before you book
The things people usually want to know.
Bring any recent test results
Blood tests, imaging, specialist letters — anything from the last year or two. It saves time and it often changes what I look at first.
Bring a list of what you take
Prescriptions, supplements, anything over the counter, including doses. This is how I check for interactions.
Health fund rebates
Most Australian funds removed naturopathy rebates in 2019. Check with yours — I can provide a receipt with my ANTA provider number either way.
Cancellations
24 hours’ notice, otherwise the full fee applies. Things happen — call me and we will work it out.
Nothing replaces your doctor
Naturopathy is complementary. Keep seeing your GP, keep taking what they have prescribed, and tell them what you are taking from me.
The gut reset, in one page
A short, practical guide to the four changes that shift bloating fastest — the ones I give almost every new patient in week one. No sign-up wall beyond your email, and you can leave the list in one click.
