Your tests came back normal. You still don’t feel right.

That gap is most of my work. I’m a degree-qualified naturopath in Toongabbie, treating the things that rarely show on a blood test — bloating, fatigue, broken sleep, hormones and skin that have been off for longer than you’d like to admit.

How treatment works

Three consultations in, most people know whether this is working.

  1. 1

We go through the whole history

The first consultation runs 75 to 90 minutes because that is how long it takes. Symptoms, timeline, medications, what you eat, how you sleep, what changed. Plus the physical side — blood pressure, nails and tongue, a zinc tally, and an iridology assessment.

  2. 2

You get a written plan, built for your case

Not a program. What the plan contains depends entirely on what turned up: herbal medicine mixed for you, specific nutrients where something is genuinely low, and dietary change that fits the life you actually have.

  3. 3

We adjust it as things move

Follow-ups are where treatment gets useful. What worked stays, what did not gets changed, and the plan narrows as your picture becomes clearer. Most people come back two to four times over the first few months.

Full detail on consultations and fees— first consultation $240, follow-ups $149, discovery call free.

I came to this late, and on purpose.

I spent sixteen years in corporate HR before I retrained. What changed it was watching someone I love go through a terminal illness and finding how little I could do.

I went back and did the full degree. What I do now is unglamorous and specific: take a proper history, work out what is actually driving the problem, and treat that.

More about how I work

In their words

Individual experiences. Results differ from person to person.

She did my complete assessment, which included both medical and lifestyle. I started feeling much better within a couple of weeks. I am still consulting her, as it has helped me be more resilient and active.
PKSleep, stress and low iron
Shweta was considered, thorough, patient and intuitive when reviewing my concerns. I generally feel much calmer, and my energy levels have made a real difference to my days.
MDStress and low energy
Shweta has an expressive balance of academia and grass-roots naturopathic knowledge. Each patient was treated with the utmost attention and their cases researched meticulously. I have great faith in her ability as a practitioner.

What I treat with

Seven modalities. Which ones you get depends entirely on your case.

Herbal medicine
Liquid extracts and tablets, mixed for your case from a practitioner-only dispensary.
Clinical nutrition
Correcting deficiencies and supporting the systems that are struggling.
Diet and lifestyle
Practical change that fits the life you actually have, including vegetarian and vegan eating.
Mineral therapy
Celloids and tissue salts, used where a specific mineral pattern shows up.
Iridology
Reading the iris for constitutional tendencies — one input among many, never the only one.
Flower essences
For the emotional side of a long illness, which rarely gets addressed.
Homeopathy
Used selectively, where it suits the presentation.
