What I help with
Nine areas, and a lot of overlap between them. Most people arrive with one of these and we find that two or three are connected — which is usually why treating them separately hasn’t worked.
The list
Each one has a page explaining how I approach it.
Digestive health
Bloating, irregular bowel movements, reflux, IBS, food that suddenly disagrees with you
Hormonal health
PMS, painful or irregular periods, PCOS, perimenopause, fertility, postnatal recovery
Energy and fatigue
Running on empty, afternoon crashes, foggy head, poor concentration, blood sugar swings
Stress, sleep and mood
Anxiety, a racing heart, lying awake at 3am, restless legs, low mood, feeling wired and exhausted at once
Skin
Acne, eczema and dermatitis, psoriasis, hives, skin that flares and settles for no clear reason
Immune and respiratory
Catching everything, sinus congestion, hay fever, recurrent infections, autoimmune conditions
Migraine and headache
Recurring headaches, migraine with or without aura, neck and jaw tension, light sensitivity
Weight and metabolic health
Weight that will not move, fatty liver, blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, pre-diabetes
Nutrition and diet
Eating well and still deficient, vegetarian and vegan nutrition, pregnancy and family nutrition
What I treat with
Which of these you get depends entirely on what turns up in the first consultation.
- Herbal medicine
- Liquid extracts and tablets, mixed for your case from a practitioner-only dispensary.
- Clinical nutrition
- Correcting deficiencies and supporting the systems that are struggling.
- Diet and lifestyle
- Practical change that fits the life you actually have, including vegetarian and vegan eating.
- Mineral therapy
- Celloids and tissue salts, used where a specific mineral pattern shows up.
- Iridology
- Reading the iris for constitutional tendencies — one input among many, never the only one.
- Flower essences
- For the emotional side of a long illness, which rarely gets addressed.
- Homeopathy
- Used selectively, where it suits the presentation.
What I don’t do
Worth being clear about.
I don’t diagnose disease, and I don’t treat cancer, or acute and emergency conditions. If something needs a GP or a specialist, I will say so and I would rather you go.
I don’t ask anyone to stop prescribed medication. If you are on something, we work around it and I check for interactions with anything I prescribe.
I don’t sell programs or packages, and I don’t sign anyone up to a long course of treatment in advance. You book each consultation as you go.
